Questions
Is this a diagnostic tool?
No. PerioSync is a recording aid. It calculates values from your readings, but you check every reading and make every clinical decision.
Which language does dictation understand?
Dictation is in English — numbers, tooth numbers and a few commands like “skip” and “save”. The screens can be shown in Arabic.
Where is my patients' data kept?
On our database provider's servers, behind your password, over encrypted connections. The Privacy Policy lists every provider and where they are.
Do credits expire?
No, not while your account is open.
How do I pay?
Choose a package in your account and pay by InstaPay, Telda or mobile wallet. Your credits are added as soon as we confirm the payment.
